Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. ScopeThese Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern all business relationships between The Timeless GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers. This offer is exclusively aimed at businesses (B2B). There are no geographical restrictions; however, the focus is on the DACH-Region, USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

2. Description of ServicesThe Provider offers services in the fields of review and reputation management, marketing, online marketing, and consulting in marketing. The contract is concluded following an initial consultation call. The customer then enters into a subscription with a minimum term of 12 months, either on a monthly or annual payment basis.

3. Prices & Payment Terms

Prices and fees are determined individually and listed on the website or in separate agreements.

All prices are inclusive of VAT/GST/sales tax where applicable.

In exceptional cases, payment by invoice may be offered.

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least one month before renewal in writing.

4. Contract Formation & Service DeliveryAfter purchasing via the website, the customer receives all necessary documents and agreements. The services include online marketing, review & reputation management, and consulting in marketing.

5. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations must be made in writing. Unless statutory withdrawal rights apply, there is no right of withdrawal. Otherwise, the applicable laws of the respective jurisdiction (EU, USA, Australia) shall apply.

6. Warranty & LiabilityThe Provider offers a 3x12 guarantee: The client is guaranteed to triple their 5-star reviews within 12 months; otherwise, the Provider will continue the service until this goal is achieved. This guarantee is only valid if the customer provides access to their clients' email addresses to execute the necessary email campaigns.
